Low-code Framework to generate Vue Apps from Design Files

Klaus Schaefers

The Luisa framework is an open-source project that turns Figma and Quant-UX designs into fully functional Vue 3 applications. By ensuring that the design stays the single source of truth, it reduces the need for design hand-offs and front-end code significantly. The core of the solution is the low-code component which reads the visual design and creates the front-end automatically. Changes in the design are immediately updated in the application, and there is no need for writing extensive Vue templates. By using the component, the amount of front-end code is reduced and developers can focus on business logic.
